New Delhi [India], Nov 30 (ANI): The pavilion of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has bagged a gold medal for the excellence in display in the category of 'Ministries and Departments' at the recently-concluded 36th India International Trade Fair (IITF).
