New Delhi [India], Nov.27 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday lauded the people for dedicating their Diwali this year to India's armed forces through the 'Sandesh 2 Soldiers' campaign initiated by his government, and appealed to the people to remember the latter on every auspicious occasion as this would increase their morale by 1.25 billion times.

"This year I went to the India-China border to celebrate Diwali with the ITBP soldiers, I always go, but this time it was different. It was a unique experience, since this time, 1.25 billion people wished the soldiers on Diwali. They were overwhelmed with emotion.
