): After a shoe was hurled at Rahul Gandhi during his roadshow in Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh on Monday, the Congress vice president
said that the BJP and the RSS people think that if they hurl shoes at him, he would stop fighting for the farmers, but "mujhe aapke joote aur gusse se dar nahi lagta".
"BJP-RSS ke log sochte hain hum joote fekenge aur Rahul Gandhi
kisaan ki ladai ladna band kar dega, main peeche nahi hatne wala; mujhe aapke joote aur gusse se dar nahi lagta," said Rahul during his roadshow here.
The incident took place when Rahul was riding in an open top vehicle. He was seen looking at the shoe thrown in his direction and then looking away after it missed him.
Meanwhile, police have arrested the accused.
