Nine killed, 30 injured in twin explosions in Kabul

Kabul [Afghanistan], Sept. 5 (ANI): The Ministry of Information has confirmed that seven people were killed and 30 injured after the twin blasts took place near the Ministry of Defence in Kabul on Monday.

Ambulances were seen rushing at the scene of twin-blasts near the Defense Ministry compound, reports Tolo news.

According to reports, the second suicide bomber detonated explosives after the people responded to the scene of first explosion.

The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack. (ANI)
