Yokohama /Tokyo [Japan], Nov.17 (ANI): Yokohama, the port city in Japan, has a history of over 150 years.

The fashionable and modern night view of the city makes it even more attractive.

The Sky Garden is 273 meters from the ground and enables a 360º viewing window that is always full of tourists.

A Russian tourist said, "The night view is so pretty. Amazing!"

Another visitor said, "It's marvelous. The scenery changes during the dusk and planes or ships come and go; it's always fascinating."

Artists also gathered at annual art event as they paint the streets with objects that are lit up.

It was started with the intention of making the beautiful night view of Yokohama even more splendid. The concept was the mixture of energy saving technology and art. This is the sixth times and has become an annual illumination event taking place at the same time each year. Because of the participation of foreign artists, it became an international art festival."
