Washington D.C, Aug. 14 (ANI): With the third sequel of American buddy cop action-comedy film 'Bad Boy' moving closer to reality, Sony has finally decided a name for the flick and titled it as 'Bad Boys for Life.'

The name is inspired by the famous dialogue from 2003's 'Bad Boys II' where Will Smith tells his cop partner Martin Lawrence, "We ride together, we die together. Bad boys for life," reports the Entertainment Weekly.

The upcoming flick will be helmed by Joe Carnahan.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence will reprise their roles of detective Burnett and Lowery. However, no report of any new cast member has yet been revealed.

'Bad Boys For Life' was originally set for a February 17, 2017, the release date was then moved to June 2, 2017 and the most likely date for the movie to hit the silver screen is January 12, 2018. (ANI)
