Mark your calendars, 'Judwaa2' to release next Sept

New Delhi [India], Sept. 16 (ANI): The news is no more under wraps. David Dhawan's super-hit comedy 'Judwaa's sequel finally gets its release date.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, 'Judwaa2,' having a dose of Varun Dhawan on the doubles, will be released on September 29, next year.

"Mark your calendars! Judwaa2 releasing on 29.09.17 Directed by #DavidDhawan *ing @Varun_dvn x2 Produced By #SajidNadiadwala #29Sept17Judwaa2," posted Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, later retweeted by Varun.

'Judwaa,' directed by David Dhawan in 1997 had Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha.

The sequel of the film that is touted to be a cult classic, made immense buzz and speculation about its leading ladies. However, there has been no official confirmation about the same.

Looks like the B-Town too is excited about the upcoming sequel. Hence, Karan Johar and others took to Twitter to wish the film and Vraun.

"All d best @Varun_dvn for #Judwaa2 !!! Ek se bhaley 2!!" tweeted Manish Paul.
