' infectious new song 'Make Me' shots to the top of the iTunes list in over 30 countries.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you!! #MakeMe," the 34-year-old popstar tweeted upon learning the news, E! Online.
Her counterpart in the song, rapper G-Eazy also expressed gratitude through social media.
"Thank you @britneyspears for the opportunity #MakeMe available now," he tweeted.
First single from her highly anticipated upcoming ninth album, the 34-year-old released 'Make Me' on July 14, and it was an instant hit.
In an earlier interview, Spears called her album "the best thing I've done in a long time. I'm proud of the work, and it's very different; it's not what you would think at all."
She has referred to it as her 'baby', and calls the album's sound 'melodic' and less 'poppy'.(ANI
