With products like Apple TV or even a smart phone today, which showcase the convergence of technologies, just simple programmes or technology trainings cannot justify with the changing times. L&D is an important function and a critical need of any business to maintain the requisite skill of humans capital the organization has. Currently, the three most crucial challenges that L&D domain faces are, transition of manpower, multi trained manpower and future trained manpower", said Peer. According to Peer, the need of technology have long moved away from the vanilla to customized/tailored to an integrated solution today which are more consultative in nature.
