Islamabad, Oct. 10 (ANI): The Supreme Court of Pakistan has approved the Swiss letter draft submitted by Law Minister Farooq H Naek which states that proceedings in Swiss courts will be conditional to the immunity granted to the president.

Islamabad, Jan 18 (ANI): Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader and senior lawyer Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan, who will represent Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani before the Supreme Court on January 19, has said that President Asif Ali Zardari holds immunity from prosecution even in Swiss courts.
