Chinese driver caught fondling female passenger's boobs

London, Dec 16, (ANI): A driver was caught on camera fondling the breasts of his female passenger while speeding in China.

Deng Jialin got so distracted by his female companion that he neglected his speedometer - and was clocked driving at 92kmph in an 80kmph limit.

The camera captured him juggling the steering wheel of his silver Nissan X-Trail with his left hand while reaching across to put his hand down the lady's top.

Soon after Jialin's arrest, the high-definition picture was widely spread online, and internet users around the world had learned his name, the name of his former employer and his home address.

He was even mocked as the "Breast Touching Brother".

However, his case has provoked some debate over privacy laws in China and how the image ended up online.

"I don't think people should laugh at Deng for his act," the Daily Mail quoted Luo Cuimin, a staff member at an advertising company in Beijing, as saying.

"Instead, we should start worrying about who will be the next victim of these privacy violations. It could be anyone.Public security is very important, and I want my family and friends to be safe.

"Besides that, I sincerely hope that when people want to kiss and embrace the people they love in public, they don't have to worry about whether a surveillance camera will put their every movement online," he added.

According to Xiao Yong, spokesman of the Mianyang Traffic Police Detachment, the video footage of Deng and his passenger could be picked up by traffic officers anywhere if they looked up information about past traffic violations on the local police's internal computer network. (ANI)
