Indian woman pulls double-decker bus with hair in UK

London, August 19 (ANI): A woman from Punjab, pulled a 12-tonne double-decker bus for 17m and 20cm with her hair, on Humberstone Gate in Leicester, in her attempt to create a world record.

Asha Rani, 21, who is known as the Iron Queen, had to pull it more than five metres to break the current record. The attempt is now waiting for verification by the authorities, the BBC reported.

Rani in the past has also pulled a 5.7 tonne jet, 37ft along a runway at Leicester Airport, Stoughton, with her hair.

She achieved the feat by working with strongman Manjit Singh, who has broken world records for pulling a bus with his ears.

The pair are raising money for a cancer charity called PROSTaid, which raises awareness about prostate cancer. (ANI)
