24 killed in Gujarat road mishap

Sanand, June 14 (ANI): Twenty-four people were feared killed after a cement-laden truck, carrying labourers from Gandhidham, overturned in Sanand in Gujarat this morning. According to reports, labourers were on their way to Gandhinagar from Kutch.State officials have reached the spot.Meanwhile, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi has announced an ex-gratia of Rs. one lakh for the kin of those killed and Rs. 50,000 for those injured.
