Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Aug.7 (ANI): Floods caused by incessant rainfall in the low-lying areas of Madhya Pradesh capital Bhopal have left hundreds of families homeless.

Suddenly a tower and other houses collapsed and everyone got trapped in it and we took them out somehow. Three-four people from the first floor of the building and my son and mother-in-law were trapped in the debris and we managed to take them out after an hour," said Mamata Sodhiya.

Water gushed into houses, increasing the woes of villagers. More than 40 houses have collapsed and several people are still trapped inside.
