Nude Chilean dancers paint town red to mark carnival

London, Oct 12 (ANI): Bare breasted dancers were painted from head to toe as a part of the annual street carnival in Valparaiso city, Chile, which is held in support of free and better state education, racial tolerance and anti-discrimination.During the festival, the dancers strip on the streets and the artists are supposed to paint elaborate designs on them after which they parade through the city."Ay caramba! I haven't seen so many topless babes since our bra and blouse factory mysteriously went up in flames," the Sun quoted one of the onlookers as saying.The festival also provides a platform to the emerging artists to promote and showcase their work.
