Islamabad, Apr 12(ANI): Three missing persons from Quetta were reportedly produced before the
Pakistan Supreme Court today.They told the court that they were kept at an unidentified place."We were abducted from Quetta at night; we were blindfolded and then kept at some unknown location for about 40 days," The Express Tribune quoted them, as sayingThe apex court ordered for their immediate release, alongwith directions to not arrest them again without its permission, The News reports. The bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry
and comprising Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Parvez was hearing issues raised by the Balochistan High Court Bar Association (BHCBA) President.The released men were brought to the court after Justice Chaudhary had expressed displeasure over the absence of Balochistan Inspector General of Police (IGP) and directed the Secretary Establishment to suspend him.The court also asked Balochistan Advocate General about the remaining four missing persons.
