Escaped blind Chinese dissident Guangcheng hoping to study abroad

Beijing, May 4 (Xinhua-ANI): Chinese Foreign Ministry said here Friday that escaped blind dissident Chen Guangcheng could apply for studying abroad in accordance with laws of the relevant departments.

Ministry spokesman Liu Weimin made the remarks in response to a question about media report that Chen hoped to study abroad.(Xinhua-ANI)
