Washington, June 27 (ANI): President Barack Obama is more likeable among Americans, while presumptive Republican candidate Mitt Romney is considered to be a better manager, according to a new poll.According to Gallup poll
, 81 percent of Americans consider Obama likable, while 64 percent considered the same about Romney.However, almost 53 percent Americans considered Romney as an effective manager saying that he "can manage government effectively", Politico reports.
