Bristol Palin's ex slams her 'poor' parenting skills

   Aug 7, 4:53 pm

New York, August 7 (ANI): Bristol Palin's former fiance Levi Johnston is trying to seek full custody of his son because he believes that the baby is being raised poorly by his mom, the daughter of family values champion Sarah Palin.

Johnston said he was "disgusted" and prompted to act after watching little Tripp act unruly and call his aunt Willow Palin a curse word during a recent episode on Palin's Lifetime reality series "Life's A Tripp," New York Daily News reported.

"I love my son more than anything and I will do whatever it takes to make sure he is raised the right way," Johnston told TMZ.com.

Johnston recently picked up custody paperwork from a courthouse near Wasilla, Alaska, and plans to file it soon, according to TMZ.

Some show watchers initially thought the bleeped f-word was a derogatory term for gay people, but the 21-year-old mom whose teen pregnancy grabbed headlines during the 2008 Republican National Convention denied the alleged slur in a follow-up blog posting.

"Let me be clear. I'm not proud of what he did say. Sadly, he used a different 'F-word,'" she wrote on her blog.

"Tripp is always surrounded by adults - around the campfires with cousins and their friends, at the shop with my dad and his snowmachine buddies. He's apparently picked up some language that I'd prefer he not use," she stated.

She said her well-known opposition to gay marriage created a "temptation to label my 3-year-old son" that was "too great for the lefty papers to resist."

"Life's a Tripp" showrunner Matt Lutz later confirmed to Gawker.com that the censored cuss word was "f-k" and not "f----t" after reportedly reviewing the raw footage. (ANI)
