NATO container torched, two injured in Pakistan

Islamabad, Aug 10 (ANI): Two persons were injured during an armed attack on a NATO container in Mastung district near Quetta on Friday.

"Unknown armed men riding a motorbike opened fire at a NATO container carrying logistics for ISAF forces in Afghanistan on national highway," The Dawn quoted an official, as saying.

The truck driver and cleaner sustained gunshot wounds in the attack. The injured have been shifted to district headquarters hospital.

The assailants later set the container on fire and fled from the scene. Local administration reached the site and cordoned off the area as investigations into the incident went underway. (ANI)
