Ali Lohan 'has never had any surgery', says LiLo and family

New York, Sept 10 (ANI): Lindsay Lohan has slammed media reports that suggested her younger sister Ali has gone under the knife.

"She has never," the New York Daily News quoted the "Mean Girls" star as telling E! News.

Estranged dad Michael Lohan agreed.

"Ali has never had any surgery," he said.

"She's just thinner, and when you lose weight, your features change. She's beautiful. Why would she get work done?"

New photos snapped this week in Southern California sparked a storm of speculation when they revealed the Long Island teen's dramatically slimmer, paler and more chiseled new look.

"She's not anorexic," Michael Lohan said, adding that he's communicated with his youngest daughter in recent weeks.

"I don't want her losing so much weight, but now she's a fashion model, and I know how that world is. I have some concern, but she's fine."

Her modeling agency also rushed to her defense.

"Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery," Alexis Borges with Next Model Management L.A. said in a statement.

"As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent.

"Aliana is a beautiful 17 year old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age," he added. (ANI)
