Granny Kennedy denies playing cupid in Taylor Swift-Conor love story

New York, August 2 (ANI): Ethel Kennedy has denied media reports that it was she who played the matchmaker in Taylor Swift and her grandson Conor Kennedy's love story.

The 84-year-old says she "certainly did not" set up the two.

But she made it clear that she loves the idea they could be romantically involved, insisting that "we should be so lucky" as to get Swift into the family, the New York Daily News reported.

The matriarch's daughter Rory, who's bio-documentary film "Ethel" will air in the fall, also revealed that Conor and Taylor did meet and that Taylor is "a great friend of the family." (ANI)
