Botham offers 2K pounds reward for help tracing son's 'stolen' dog

   Nov 24, 12:36 pm

London, Nov 24(ANI): Former England captain Ian Botham's family is offering a 2,000 pounds reward for help to trace their 'stolen' springer spaniel dog, Woody.

The dog, which belongs to Ian's son Liam had vanished from outside their Yorkshire home on Sunday.

"Everyone is absolutely devastated - Woody means the world to them. He is Liam and his fiancee Emma's dog, but spends a lot of time at Ian's home, so Ian is just as upset about it," the Daily Mirror quoted a source, as saying.

"The family is determined to get Woody back, that's why they are offering a reward," the source added.

CCTV footage showed Liam's estranged wife Sarah-Jayne Botham with Woody before he disappeared. However, she denies having taken him.

"I haven't taken their dog. It's not true. I haven't got a clue where Woody is. He was last seen by my car, which is what I told the police. I haven't taken him and I don't have a clue where he is," Sarah-Jayne said. (ANI)
