Pakistan sets India target of 330 in Asia Cup encounter

Mirpur, Mar 18(ANI): Pakistan's opening pair of Mohammad Hafeez and Nasir Jamshed batted brilliantly in an opening stand of 224, to help their team set India a target of 330 in their Asia Cup match at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur.

Hafeez and Jamshed both struck centuries as Indian bowlers once again failed to make any kind of impact.

Jamshed made a quick 112 of 104 balls, while his senior partner Hafeez scored 105 of 113 balls.

Veteran Pakistan batsmanYounis Khan also scored a quick fire 52 of 34 balls to propel Pakistan to a more than competitive target.

Almost every Indian bowler leaked runs, with Praveen Kumar and Ashok Dinda claiming two wickets each. ( target="_blank">ANI)
