Di Matteo admits Chelsea needs to win every game now

   Mar 25, 5:56 pm

London, Mar 25(ANI): Interim Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo believes his team needs to win the remaining eight Premier League matches to ensure their top four spot, which would qualify them for the Champions League.

The Blues still trail Tottenham Hotspurs who are placed fourth by five points after a Stamford Bridge stalemate with Harry Redknapp's side.

"It's going to be difficult now but there are still eight games to play. To make the gap up we have to win all of them. Fourth spot is very important for this club," The Sun quoted Di Matteo, as saying.

Chelsea, who could also qualify by winning the Champions League , have away games at Arsenal and Liverpool as well as a home clash with Newcastle. (ANI)
