London, Apr 4 (ANI): Alexandra Burke showed her support for new Tottenham Hotspur boyfriend Jermain Defoe as she played volleyball on a beach in the Caribbean.

The pop star proudly wore a shirt bearing the name of her man on her back and his number 18 as she frolicked on the sand in St Vincent .

The 23-year-old was joined by some girlfriends at the Buccament Bay Resort as she took a week away from her busy schedule to relax and get some sun.

The 'X Factor' winner was also probably celebrating the success of her last single 'Elephant' which was released a month ago and which went to number three in the charts.

After her game of volleyball, the singer headed into the sea to cool off and stripped off her football short to reveal a sexy orange bikini which showed off her fabulous figure.

The smile on her face was all too clear to see as she clearly made the most of her time away to relax and prepare herself for another busy year.

And she took to her Twitter page several times over the week to announce how much fun she and her friends were having in the sun.

Burke and Defoe, 29, have been dating since earlier this month and were first pictured together as the footballer cheered her on during an appearance on 'Celebrity Juice'. (ANI)
