How Khloe Kardashian de-stresses her incredibly busy life

Melbourne, Apr 23 (ANI): Khloe Kardashian, whose second series of 'Khloe and Lamar' has hit the small screen, has for the first time revealed her obsessions, instant pick-me-up and how she's happy to sacrifice her sisters to avoid getting snapped.

During an interview, she was asked her biggest tip to handle stress in her incredibly busy life.

"My life is crazy busy. Now that I live in Dallas, I am constantly travelling back and forth for work. But I always make sure my hubby is my top priority," News.com.au quoted her as saying.

"I travel when he goes on his road trips so we make sure we still have our "us" time. That "us" time really is a stress reliever because we love to be low key and relax.

"We are both so busy and have crazy schedules, so it is nice when we can just lay in bed and talk about what's going on in our lives or watch movies.

"I do have my own little stress relievers that do wonders. I work out as much as I can. Even if it is just for 45 minutes, working out just clears your head. No one ever regrets a workout. Also, a nice long bubble bath is key," she added. (ANI)
