Mario Balotelli and Raffaella Fico to tie knot 'soon'

London, Apr 24 (ANI): Mario Balotelli's girlfriend, Raffaella Fico, has revealed that the couple are getting married.

The Italian model let the news slip as she hit back at claims that their relationship was on the rocks after the Manchester City striker's fling with Wayne Rooney hooker Jennifer Thompson.

"What do you mean our relationship has reached the end? We are planning our marriage, which will happen soon," the Daily Star quoted her as saying.

"I don't know how some people can say certain things. We are planning on our wedding."

But the 24-year-old, who once dated former Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo, 27, remained tight-lipped on exactly when Mario, 21, will finally put his love cheat past behind him for good.

"The date? If you don't mind, I prefer not to reveal that," she said.

Raffaella, who has been dating Balotelli since last June, asked Balotelli to marry her just days before escort Jennifer, 23, revealed their fling, and decided to stick by him. (ANI)
