Abbey Clancy instructs hairdresser how to cut Peter Crouch's hair

London, April 27 (ANI): Football ace Peter Crouch is under the control of model missus Abbey Clancy when it comes to his hairstyle.

Clancy, 26, is such a control freak about the 31-year-old Stoke City striker's hair that she stands over his hairdresser while he's chopping and tells him exactly what to do.

"Abbey knows what she likes and what she wants. She's really particular about how I cut Peter's hair - so particular. She'll stand there and tell me how to do it," celebrity coiffeur Leo Bancroft, who is chief snipper for the couple, told the Daily Star.

But the hairdresser is not bothered by her obsession.

"I admire her for knowing what she wants. She's so on trend and knows what style men are having on the catwalks, so she wants the same for Peter," he said.

Bancroft, star of Channel 4's The Salon and hair expert on ITV1's This Morning, also revealed that he has a burning desire to cut Abbey's flowing blonde locks - but admits that he's not yet got the chance.

"I'd love to cut a cropped bob on her. But I know Abbey and she would completely freak out. She loves the length of her hair and the glamour that it epitomises," he stated.

"If she'd let me cut her hair off I would go for it as she is so beautiful. She's a very easy client and all I have to do is give her the best quality that I have," he added. (ANI)
