London, Apr 27 (ANI): Rory McIlroy has posted his childhood snap on Twitter, where the champion golfer can be seen practising his bunker shots - as he takes a swing on a sandy shoreline.

Ilroy, who is currently ranked No. 1 in the world, had clicked the picture when he was on a holiday.

Rory commented: "A picture of me when I was 2! Putting stroke still looks the same! Lol."

And the shot goes a fairway to explaining the star's fondness for white baseball caps - since he clearly loved them as a kid too, the Sun reported. (ANI)
