London, July 12 (ANI): Rafael Nadal swapped his tennis racket for a snorkel while enjoying an action-packed holiday with friends in Sardinia this week, following his knock out in the second round during the Wimbledon .

The 26-year-old tennis star showed off his toned shape in a pair of bright red swim shorts and he grabbed a mask and a pair of flippers before venturing into the water, the Daily Mail reported.

Nadal was seen launching himself off a small boat and jumping into the sea on an exploration.

He spent the day with a number of his male friends who also indulged in a spot of snorkeling.

The "King of Clay" and his friends also enjoyed spending time on a jet ski as well as indulging in a spot of water skiing for an action packed day.

The friends appeared to be having a great time together and were seen sharing plenty of laughs.

At one point Nadal leaned in and grabbed his friends shoulder, which left the guys chuckling.

While some of his friends were seen swigging from Carona bottles Nadal didn't appear to indulge in drinking- keeping his body in tip top shape. (ANI)
