Becks wishes to play on Bieber's soccer team

Washington, August 2 (ANI): David Beckham has revealed that he would prefer playing on Justin Bieber's celebrity soccer team rather than coaching it.

The 'Baby' hitmaker recently revealed he wants to start a celebrity football team and wishes to have it trained by the veteran player.

"Would I want to be the coach? I'd want to play," Contactmusic quoted the fottie star as telling Hollyscoop.com

However, the father of four may not stand a chance here as the teen sensation has claimed that his team would be strictly for younger celebrities.

"I've been playing a lot of soccer over the last two or three years. I've been really enjoying it," he had said.

"I know there's an LA celebrity team that Robbie Williams was in, but I am looking to start a team for the younger guys. The One Direction guys said that they'll play and also Lil Bow Wow.

"There's only one guy we want to coach the team and that is David Beckham.

"It's not like we will be playing a game every week. It will, in reality probably only be about three or four games a season," he added. (ANI)
