Hamilton doesn't want McLaren to get complacent following Hungarian GP win

   Aug 8, 6:25 pm

London, Aug. 8 (ANI): McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton has warned his team against complacency following their win at the Hungarian Grand Prix, and wants them to keep pushing their rivals.

With a month left until the next race in Belgium after the summer break, Hamilton said his team must continue to win the car development war.

"A British team and a British driver won, what a great feeling to take into the summer break. I'm delighted with that. It's a good stepping stone for us. We should take a pat on the back but we've clearly still got a lot of work to do," The Daily Mirror quoted Hamilton, as saying.

"We have to keep pushing because Lotus have upgrades coming for Spa and we need to too. We made a decent step up for the races in Germany and here and we need another one after the break," he added.

"Not enough was taken from Fernando here, he still got 10 points. But this shows it's all to play for still. Bit by bit if we can continue this we can slowly catch him," he said. (ANI)
