London, Aug 11(ANI): Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo has set his eyes on winning each of the seven trophies in which the Blues would be competing in coming season.

The Blues start their campaign against Manchester City in the Community Shield at Villa Park on Sunday.

Chelsea would take on Atletico Madrid in the Super Cup in Monaco on August 31 and will travel to Tokyo in December to contest the World Club Cup.

Apart from these trophies, the London based club would also by competing in the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup and the League Cup.

"These are opportunities and it's great to be involved in these competitions because we want to win trophies," The Daily Mail quoted Di Matteo, as saying.

"They don't come around very often and that's how we will look at it. We will deal with the fixture list. The targets we have are made collectively because football is a tam game," he added.

"I talk to my players individually as well, but it takes a collective effort to achieve our ambitions," he said. (ANI)
