Zuckerberg ridiculed for odd white eye makeup in Facebook' IPO video

   May 5, 1:50 pm

London, May 5 (ANI): Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been widely derided online for his bizarre appearance in a video for the social network's upcoming IPO, where he seems to be wearing a large amount of white eye makeup.

Twitter users first pointed out the problem.

In the video, designed to attract investors to the firm, large white circles are clearly visible around Zuckerberg's eyes.

Gizmodo also attacked Zuckerberg, saying: "While the video answers lots of questions, it also raises a significant one for us. What's with all that white eye shadow, Mark?

"Presumably, he needs to cover some dark circles. Or he wants to look like Rihanna. Or it's some sort of video production thing. Or. Or. I don't know," it stated.

Internet users blame Zuckerberg's long hours for the problem.

"Any nerd knows that if you spend hours, late night, in front of a monitor/monitors, the next day or few days you have bags under your eyes," the Daily Mail quoted one Google+ user as saying.

"Bags under the eyes isn't a good look, and I'm sure they wanted him looking pristine... Boy did that backfire," the web user added.

However, some commenters also pointed out the bizarre look could simply be tan lines from wearing sunglasses. (ANI)
