Linkin Park cancels upcoming tour following Chester Bennington's death

New Delhi, July 22 (ANI): American rock band ‘Linkin Park’ has cancelled its North American tour following front man Chester Bennington's death. The band was supposed to begin the North American leg of their 'One More Light' tour on July 27, in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Live Nation, the concert producer, confirmed the same on Twitter, writing, “The Linkin Park ‘One More Light North American’ Tour has been cancelled. Refunds avail at point of purchase. Our thoughts to all affected.” The Los Angeles County coroner's office confirmed on Friday that Bennington died by hanging. According to a TMZ report, the 41-year-old hanged himself at a Palos Verdes Estates residence in Los Angeles and his body was found on Thursday. The singer had a history of drug and alcohol abuse. The frontman for the rock band is survived by his wife, Talinda Ann Bentley and his six children.
