New Delhi [India], Feb 16 (ANI): Further underlining its position as the fastest growing health-tech company, medical assistance platform Credihealth, on Thursday said that it is now operational in 50 cities.

Currently facilitating access to various healthcare services for about two million users, Credihealth aims to reach out to an additional 30 million users across the country through its strategic expansion into various regional markets.

""Nearly 80 percent of the patients we assist belong to smaller towns and cities who do not have access to affordable healthcare. Since these patients are often uninsured and more inclined to pay cash for medical services, we began offering information in local languages for them to understand what they were paying for," said founder and managing director, Credihealth, Ravi Virmani.

"So far, our services are available in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, English, and Malayalam, and we plan to add more languages over the next couple of months. With the platform now live in 50 cities, we are extremely confident about the success of our expansion and are anticipating an upsurge of about 12-18 percent in the total number of user queries over the next two months," Virmani added.

Credihealth recently tied up with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to deliver its online services through 2.5 lakh Common Services Centres (CSC) across India, enabling the platform to reach out to consumers across 16,000 pin codes from urban, semi-urban, and rural areas of the country.

With the latest geographical expansion, Credihealth's vast network of healthcare providers comprising 30,000 doctors and 630 hospitals can now be accessed by users from Ahmedabad, Bellary, Cuttack, Davangere, Delhi NCR, Gandhinagar, Ghaziabad, Hubli, Nellore, Ongole, Palanpur, Salem, Shimoga, Thane, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam, among others.
