New Delhi [India], May 25 (ANI): JobsForHer (JFH), an online connecting portal that enables women on a professional break to restart their careers and achieve their full potential, announces the launch of its second roadshow. JobsForHer's unique MentorForHer Roadshow hits the road again this summer, giving women returnees across India the opportunity to be mentored by seasoned professionals and experts from various industries. The company has partnered with KLAY Schools, a multi-city chain of high-end preparatory schools for these Roadshows, which are to be held at their centers across Gurgaon, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore in the month of May and June. This is a combined outreach initiative with WomensWeb, WorldofMoms and SheThePeople.TV. Each of these events will witness participation from key industry leaders from diverse domains such as IT, FMCG, Education, E-commerce, etc. As mentors, they will be stepping into the realm of women restarters to 'speed mentor' them and help them in their journey to get reinstated into the corporate world. Some of the prominent mentors include Ruchita Taneja Aggarwal (VP, Business, Paytm), Saumya Mittal (Head, Culture and Diversity, PepsiCo), Gautam Shetty, (TA, JCPenny), Gayathri Ramamurthy (India Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Capgemini), amongst others. "The MentorForHer Roadshow is a great opportunity for women who want to restart their careers after a break. Through these roadshows, they can learn from others who have done it before them. It's an opportunity for the mentors to inspire women returnees, and guide them on their exciting journey back to work. JobsForHer's mentors are industry stalwarts - experienced and trusted advisers, who understand the challenges that women returnees face in this immensely competitive and dynamic job market," said founder and CEO JobsForHer, Neha Bagaria. Mentor Saumya Mittal, Head, Culture and Diversity, PepsiCo, said, "I think this is a fabulous platform put together by the JobsForHer team, as it gives Mentors the opportunity to view the different profiles of women looking at re-launching themselves and at the same time, it gives mentees the chance to interact with the Mentors."
