Speaking at the event, the veteran actor, who was recently appointed as Chairman of Film and Television Institute of India, said: "Being awarded along with Saira Banu, who is UN ambassador for HeforShe, was a very big thing. I would like to bow in front of her."
The actor further said: "There is nothing special in me that I would have bagged this award. Till my graduation, I never scored more than 38 per cent marks. Never. For me, scoring 38 per cent was a big deal. I was not even good in sports. But today, if I am standing here, then I must have done something good."(ANI)
