Earlier in the day, Griffin and her lawyers spoke out days after the comedian shared an image of herself holding up a prop meant to represent President Trump's severed, bloody head. She said, "I made a horrible, horrible call. Trust me, if I could redo the whole thing, I'd have a blow up doll and no ketchup," continuing, "What's happening to me has never happened in the history of this great country, which is a sitting president of the United States and his grown children and the First Lady are personally, I feel, personally trying to ruin my life forever." The bad blood goes back to 2014 when the comedian was asked to name the "biggest douche celebrity" she has ever met. "Probably [Demi] Lovato," she said in a tweet, wherein she called the former Disney Channel star "Debbie."

To which, the 'Let It Go' hit-maker responded by tweeting, "Only a 'douche' to people I can't stand." The feud was reignited a year later when Griffin slammed Lovato's MTV Video Music Award performance. Also, in her book titled 'Kathy Griffin's Celebrity Run-Ins,' the author dedicated several pages to the Grammy nominee. (ANI)
