Washington D.C., Aug. 9 (ANI): There is no sign of Woody Allen's slowing down as the 80-year-old film personality is set to come up with his first-ever television show 'Crisis in Six Seasons.' Though not much was known about the six-episode series which Allen scripted and directed for Amazon until August 7 when the first preview was screened during the Television Critics Association panel in Los Angeles and a plot synopsis was made available, reports the Guardian. 'Crisis in Six Seasons' is a period piece set in the swinging 60s, when "American society is brought to verge of revolution." It shows Allen as a Jewish novelist named Sidney Muntzinger. The show reportedly revolves around a middle-class suburban family visited by a guest, who turns their household completely upside down. Miley Cyrus is likely to play the leading lady on this show, which will debut on Amazon Prime Video on September 30. (ANI)
