London [U.K.], Feb. 14 (ANI): Sports Illustrated Swimsuit revealed its new cover star for 2018 edition on Tuesday - Danielle Herrington.
The 24-year-old model has become the third black woman to land such opportunity to grace the cover of the magazine's annual issue, after American television personality, Tyra Banks in 1996 & 1997 and pop-queen, Beyonce in 2007.

The cover photo was shot in Harbour Island in Bahamas by renowned photographer Ben Watts.
The cover-feature is the model's second appearance in the magazine, after her rookie feature in 2017's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.
Herrington, a native of Compton, California, was feeling "emotional and excited" on this accomplishment, as quoted by Sports Illustrated. (ANI)
