Washington D.C. [USA], Feb 1 (ANI): Former first lady Michelle Obama, in her first television interview since leaving the White House, has admitted that former president Barack Obama isn't happy with his new bedroom.
"He doesn't have enough closet space - sorry. He's got the smallest room for his office!", she told Ellen DeGeneres.
She further revealed why Barack is "hating on" their youngest daughter Sasha Obama.
"And Sasha actually killed in this house - she has this two-room suite, it's all decked out. She's got a living room area and bedroom. She designed it. So he's really hating on her", Michelle added, as reported by E! Online.
Talking about their older daughter, Malia, she said, "Malia's got a room in the attic somewhere. She's away at college - you don't waste rooms on college kids".
Michelle further said it isn't awkward to live right down the street from the White House.
"The thing I learned in those eight years is that home is where we make," she said. "We were in the White House for eight years but it wasn't the house - it was us in it. Our values and our love for each other. We just moved that to another house".
Obama also told DeGeneres how their dogs, Bo and Sunny, are coping with post-first pet life.
"The dogs, Bo and Sunny, don't know what a doorbell is," the former first lady shared. "So the doorbell rings and they're like, 'Huh, I never heard that before'."
The 54-year-old visited 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' to celebrate Ellen's 60th-birthday celebration. (ANI)
