New Delhi [India], Sept. 17 (ANI): Not only for its usual association to women-hood, Shoojit Sircar chose 'PINK' as the title of his latest outing as he wanted an attractive name for the movie "I think the name is quite attractive and I wanted an attractive name for my film, where the name immediately catches you and you come and watch my film, that was the second reason and I think when people will watch the film they will get a deeper meaning of 'PINK'," said the producer of the Amitabh Bachchan-starrer 'PINK,' in a candid interview with ANI. "The pink color just creates a boundary around a women and they cant get out of the boundary at all, all through their lives because that boundary is put as soon as they are born associating with this color pink, so yes this is the one very important reason," he added. The director-cum producer also stated that he never kept an intention of making crores at the Box Office with his recently released women-centric movie. "Frankly speaking I do not care about the amount of money and cores the movie will earn. But I really want this film to reach as many places as it can, as many people can watch it. Box office was never my idea, if I was worried about the box office I would have never made this movie," he said. Along with Big-B, the movie also features Tapsee Paanu, Kirti Kulhari, Angad Bedi and Andrea Tarian as part of the lead star cast. Directed by national award winning filmmaker Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, 'PINK' speaks about women empowerment and is already out at the Box Office. (ANI)
