Her fit body is considered to be one of the best in the fashion industry, but Hawkins reveals there's one treat she gives herself every week.
In an interview with news.com.au, the 33-year-old beauty queen revealed that she loves eating a burger and have them all the time.
She said, "I love burger. I have the homemade ones all the time. I have it on sourdough toast with gherkins, mustard, tomato sauce, beetroot, so I have the lot. It's nice because it's all fresh and healthy."
When it comes to exercise, Hawkins said her regimen is quite simple and involved a combination or running, yoga and pilates.
"I run 20-30 minutes, three times a week only. Sometimes I'll up it for a busy period, because it's good for your mind. I incorporate yoga and resistance training in my week as well to mix it up, so about three to four times a week, but I will only exercise for less than an hour. But to compensate, I need to drink two and a half litres or three litres of water a day. It's essential for hydration and glow," noted Hawkins.
Hawkins said while she eats most things in moderation, she hasn't consumed dairy products for the past three years.
"I was a bit intolerant. It was playing with my skin and digestive system, so I cut it out and noticed a huge difference. I'll still have chocolate occasionally, but I'm talking about milk and cheese. For me it's better not to eat processed, but in saying that I will still have some chocolate and plain salty chips. Chips are mine and Jake's go-to snack." she said. (ANI)
