Ajmer (Rajasthan) [India], Jan. 27 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Saturday held a roadshow here, ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha by-polls in the city, scheduled for January 29.

Waving and greeting the throng, Raje was accompanied by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Ajmer, Ramswarup Lamba.

Lamba is the son of deceased MP and former union minister Sanwar Lal Jat.

The Ajmer seat fell vacant after the demise of Sanwar Lal in August last year.

Both Congress and BJP are campaigning neck to neck in the city to sweep the upcoming election.

On that note, the Congress party has fielded Raghu Sharma against Lamba. (ANI)
