Bihar school board cancels affiliation of 47 schools

Patna (Bihar) [India], Oct 6 (ANI): The Bihar School Examination Board on Saturday cancelled the affiliation of 47 schools. The decision was taken in a meeting of the board.
Simultaneously, board chairman Anand Kishor also took another major decision, under which a centralized examination, Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) will now be held for teacher training.
D.El.Ed programme is a specifically designed package for in-service untrained teachers working in primary and upper primary schools of different states of the country. (ANI)
