22 suffer injuries in Mahakaushal express derailment accident

New Delhi [India], Mar. 30 (ANI): As many as 22 people have suffered injuries in the Mahakaushal express derailment accident that took place today. "22 people suffered injuries in Mahakaushal express derailment accident, out of which 19 are discharged," Anil Saxena, DG (PR) of Indian Railways told ANI. Eight coaches of a Delhi bound Jabalpur-Mahakaushal express had derailed near Kulapahar in Maharashtra's Mahoba. The remaining coaches of the train will be moved forward towards Jhansi where eight additional coaches will be attached. Three buses were arranged for the passengers while the stranded ones are provided with water and biscuits. (ANI)
