Irrelevant to link OBOR with India-Pak issue: China's Consul General

Kolkata (West Bengal) [India] May 17 (ANI): In a series of tweets,Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Kolkata, Ma Zhanwu on Wednesday said Beijing's position on the Kashmir issue is consistent and clear and it is irrelevant to link One Belt One Road with it. Acknowledging India's concerns, Zhanwu said Kashmir is a bilateral dispute between India and Pakistan and it's up to them to negotiate.
