Chandigarh, July 19 (ANI): The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Tuesday suspended party MLAs Pargat Singh and Inderbir Singh Bolaria for 'anti-party' activities. However, according to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) sources, Pargat Singh will be joining their party. In a statement released to the media from the party head office here, the party secretary and spokesman Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema said that this decision was taken by SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal in consultation with the senior members of the party. He said that after continuously watching the anti-party behaviour of both the leaders, all senior leaders advised the party president to deal indiscipline with a firm hand. While talking to ANI, suspended party MLA Bularia said he was waiting for this announcement for long. Bularia's latest resentment against his government came to fore after he began agitation against dumping of the constituency. When asked about his future course of action, Bularia said, "I am minutely watching every political party and their leaders going to the elections in 2017." Asked whether he would join AAP, he said, "As of now I wouldn't say which party I will join or contest independently." (ANI)
